Auriscope/Otoscope
A choice of Otoscopes is available from the well established Heine and Welch Allyn
to the more recent and modern designs of Reddylite.
The range of Heine Otoscopes are available at competitive prices
starting at £55 for a basic otoscope to deluxe desktop diagnostic
sets.
The Range of Welch Allyn Otoscopes start at just £93 for a pocket
otoscope to the makro-view for the ultimate view (2x the field
of view and 30% greater magnification than the conventional otoscope).
Otoscope & Opthalmascope sets are also included in the range.
The new modern designs from Reddylite are a complete contrast
where the use of LED’s has redefined illumination in the ear.
As a professional it is essential that you have enough light to
be able to diagnose.
Reddylite have led the way in the use of this technology in
otology, and in all the designs include the use of disposable
ear specula.
Great Priced Disposable ear specula are available for all as well as dispensers to ensure a tidy work place, and replacement lamps for your existing
equipment.
Headlights
 The Reddylite range of head lights are especially useful for many
nursing procedures. Both hands are free and the light source provides
excellent illumination of the area undergoing treatment without

As demonstrated, the Reddylite provides an excellent view of the
ear whilst performing ear irrigation, which in turn reduces the
risk of injury to the patient., which is why the use of a headlight
is deemed “best practice” by trainers in earcare.
Propulse III
The Propulse III Universal is a new fully portable, use anywhere version of the Propulse
electronic irrigator, ideal for domiciliary visits or use in areas
with a questionable power supply. It contains an internal rechargeable
battery meaning that you will never need to worry about the location
of a power socket again. Its variable pressure control system
allows pulsed water delivery making it simple to use. The Propulse
III's double insulated and sound proofed motor make it the quietest
Propulse yet, ensuring that any patient distress is kept to a
minimum.
The Propulse III is accompanied by a full range of accessories
and consumable items such as the Disposable 'One Use' Jet Tips
and Propulse Cleaning Tablets.
Aftersales – the Propulse III comes with a 12 month parts and

Ear Tank/Noots Receiver
Stainless Steel Noots receiver is designed particularly for a less messy procedure, at a fraction
of the cost of other suppliers, there is no compromise on quality.
Alternatively a disposable options are available – quotations
on request.
Jobson Horne Probes, Curettes/Wax Hooks
Jobson Horne Probes made from quality stainless steel are available as non sterile
autoclavable or packaged as sterile single use instrument.
A good alternative made from carbon is the new carbon Jobson Horne
probe from NeoZoline®. This single use instrument is designed
for the comfort of the patient and can reduce costs of single
use instruments by 72%.
Curettes/Wax Hooks
We have three ranges to choose from, all are produced to high
standards and will suit most clinical requirements.
The Bionix Ear Curettes are a range of 7 styles, all designed for different cerumen conditions,
including an infant scoop.
Bionix have recently introduced the illuminated ear curettes,
which are also available in the full variety of sizes and come
in clinic packs which include an LED light source and magnifying

The Reddylite Ear Curettes are an economical range made in the
UK and are designed for normal wax removal. Within this range
is a clear curette that can be purchased with a special light
to give illuminated curettage.
The NeoZoline® Dual ended curette, made from carbon, is great
– one instrument does both ears without the risk of passing infection
from one ear to the other, making economic sense and of course
saving on waste.
