C-clearly Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality or
performance of the C-Clearly Limited product you have purchased,
C-Clearly Limited will gladly replace that product or refund your
money (at your option) within 30 days after purchase through the
retailer/distributor.
C-Clearly Limited will continue to guarantee the product directly,
for one year against breakage or defects in workmanship. This
guarantee does not cover the bulbs or batteries in lighting products.
Any liability, either express or implied is limited to replacement
of the product. This guarantee is void only if the C-clearly Limited
product has been abused beyond normal and sensible wear and tear.
If your product needs replacement or repair please e-mail us at
sales@c-clearly.co.uk, or on our customer feedback form page. Please remember to include
your name, address, phone number, invoice/sales number (if possible), together
with the product description and problem. We will return with
authorisation details and any charges applicable. |
