Headlights
It is well written that headlights are an invaluable tool for any ENT professional, they allow hands
free operation and complete control of the light beam without
taking your hands from the job in hand. We have a good selection

 The Reddylite I has been widely used over the past 10 years with
enormous satisfaction because of its complete portability and
efficiency. It is an economical xenon bulb light that operates
from 2AA batteries with a soft elasticated head-strap – perfectly
handy in your pocket.
Reddylite II gives a wider 1” beam which is ideal for ear nose
or throat examinations – the advantage of this model is the choice
of light modules, a spot bulb, a wide bulb.
The new LED technology has been taking the lighting industry by

The latest addition to the range is a beautifully designed LED
headlight –Reddylite III –you will be astounded by the quality
of light produced. It is powered by a 4AA battery pack that either
fits into a pocket or can be ordered with a protective slipper
that has a built in table-top stand (the use of rechargeable batteries
does not affect the light output). As a result of having a separate
power pack the light itself is very light weight and therefore
comfortable for you to wear. The light is available in 2 models
for your convenience, a solid headband that is ergonomically designed
with padded bolsters to add to your comfort, or a clip-on light
that is so light, you wont even notice it, but it is a perfect
partner for the range of Binocular Loupes.
Binocular Loupes
Binocular loupes give increased image size through the use of
magnification which improves visual acuity not only resulting
in better patient care, but with good illumination helps reduce
eyestrain and even lower back pain. All of our recommended loupes
are manufactured in Germany to the highest standards and will
be an ideal assistant in surgery.
Oculus telescopic spectacles for near not only give reliable,
brilliantly clear images at 1.8x magnification but can be supplemented
with attachable accessory lenses for 2.0x and 2.5x magnification.

Temples with spring-brackets are available in two different lengths
[95 mm (3.7”) and 105 mm (4.1”)]. short or long arm.
The design allows individual adjustment of pupil distances of
50 – 75 mm (2”-3”).
Endoscopy
In endoscopy, high quality plays a crucial part in ensuring a
successful diagnosis. For this reason, C-Clearly Ltd insists on

Working in the Community can be restricting not only with limited
access to sterilisation and autoclaving, but simply by the equipment
itself. Our range of portable lighting, Protective sheaths and
disposable specula can solve this dilemma.
The endoscopes are manufactured to the highest standards.
Rod Lens System not only creates a bright and crystal clear image
throughout the entire visible spectrum but projects an image size
up to 22% larger, increasing the detail.: The anti-vignetting
rod lens design increases illumination, provides even light distribution,
reduces optical aberrations, and allows the operator to use less
expensive, lower wattage light sources.
They are made using surgical-grade stainless steel with laser-welder
stainless steel tubes. These top-grade materials help ensure the
scope is accurately aligned and leak-proof.
State-of-the-art objectives are pre-sealed in stainless steel
tubes for protection against contaminants, heat, and penetration
of fluids.
In addition, all our endoscopes include removable eyepieces that
are compatible with standard medical and industrial camera systems.
Furthermore, all optics conform to medical and industrial standards
for optical depth of field, colour renditions, focus range, image
resolution, and safety.
 Finally, the endoscopes are CE 0197 registered and produced using
FDA compliant materials. In addition, the endoscope body and locking
cone are machined from a block of solid stainless steel and titanium.
The one-piece body design reduces fluid invasion due to a break
down in adhesives or seals. And since no plated parts are used,
the exterior components will not flake, fade, or tarnish.
Cleaning/sterilisation
Cleaning, sterilisation and transport are key factors in ensuring
a long life for your endoscope, which is why they are despatched
in its own autoclaveable metal box. All rigid endoscopes can be
reprocessed in a washer/disinfector. They are autoclavable at
2 bar (134°C / 273°F).

  Also available for the Rigid Endoscopes are sterile, disposable protective sheaths. They are easily and quickly slipped onto the endoscope and the
lens on the tip is designed to perfectly adapt to the end of the
endoscope ensuring that the complete optical integrity is not
compromised. Because of the elasticity of the material used, no
wrinkles are formed during tip orientation, moreover preventing
formation of air pockets between the devise and the instrument.
Fixing the sheath is fast and simple and is accomplished by means
of a universal conical connector. The sheath provides a fast and
effective method to regenerate an endoscope and assures sterility
for each procedure. (The sheath is an absolute barrier tested
with bacillus, subtilis,MS2 virus and BSE prion).

Lighting for our scopes is provided by the Reddylite LED Light Handles. They not only provide you with complete portability, but brilliant
white illumination. They are easily fitted to any scope using
the most universal ACMI connection. There are different models
and light outputs available and all run on standard batteries,
including rechargeable (making them completely free to maintain)
